Yoan Arley Toledo is a young producer from the municipality of Suaza in Huila, home to Divino Niño and many of the producers we've proudly featured on Passenger's menu since 2018. In 2024, we shared a Copa de Oro-winning selection from Yoan on our Reserve Lot menu, and more recently, we've been captivated by a 2025 Copa de Oro-winning lot from Yoan's father, Edernoman Toledo Charry. This award-winning father-and-son duo continues to raise the bar with each harvest, establishing themselves among the most exciting producers in central Huila. We look forward to sharing many more outstanding coffees from both of them in the years to come. This washed pink bourbon separation from Yoan’s 2025 harvest balances an incredible depth of brown sugar sweetness with flavors of raspberry jam, stone fruit, and mouth-watering blood orange acidity.
