This class will build the foundation of your tea knowledge. We’ll discuss tea origins, types of teas and how tea is processed. After learning about tea processing, you’ll have a chance to explore brewing methods and taste several of our teas to put what you’ve learned into context. We’ll taste teas based on brewing parameters which will allow us to taste the teas in the way they are meant to be brewed. By the end of class, you’ll not only be able to explain the differences between the types of teas but also leave with a deeper understanding and appreciation for tea.
