This class is designed to  build the foundation of your tea knowledge. We’ll discuss the history and origins of  tea, types of teas and how tea is processed. We’ll explore brewing methods and taste a selection of teas from our Mainstays menu to put what you’ve learned into context. You’ll leave the class with a deeper understanding and appreciation for tea.
