On the nose, we get notes of persimmon and honeysuckle. In the cup, we get notes of cooked fruit, florals and a pleasant smokiness that lingers.
This medium oxidized oolong was harvested from Shanlin Xi Mountain at a high elevation of 1300 meters above sea level. Charcoal roasted, this tea went through two roasting cycles for 5 hours each time, allowing a week of rest between cycles.
