Carefully preserved since arriving at our freezer facility in the spring of 2023, this coffee continues to be among the highest-scoring coffees ever to come across Passenger’s cupping table. Simply put, its cup profile possesses a level of refinement and complexity we rarely encounter anywhere in the world, and have been seeking to find again ever since. Awarded third place in the in the 2022 Ecuador Cup of Excellence competition, it's an immaculate expression of the Sidra and Mejorado varieties from the Rivera family farm in Pichincha, Ecuador, providing a glimpse into what the pinnacle of Ecuadorian plant genetics can achieve when cultivated and produced at the highest level.
