In addition to producing prized varieties like SL28 and gesha, Emmanuel has more recently explored cultivating hybrid varieties, such as the H3 variety presented in this honey processed lot. This hybrid variety is a cross between caturra and an Ethiopian landrace variety from the collection at the Tropical Agricultural Research center known as CATIE, based in Turrialba, Costa Rica.
